First class B&B. This was an overnight stop on the way to the ferry. We were made to feel extremely welcome, and Ian & Jackie are excellent hosts. Spacious room with lovely view. The extras are a bonus, especially those hidden ones in the bathroom! We ere offered to put the bike in the garage, but it was perfectly secure... More

We had a 2 night stay in the double room, lovely, clean, light and spacious. Very large, comfortable bed, great shower room, and delicious homemade biscuits too! We really enjoyed the breakfasts, we couldn't have asked for more. Ian was a great host. This was our first trip to Kirkcudbright, we will be back and will definitely stay at the Dee... More

We had four nights at the Dee View B&B in August 2011 and I have to say that it is the nicest B&B I have ever stayed in. Ian was very welcoming front of house (we didn't actually get chance to say hello to Jackie), the breakfasts were delicious, plentiful and had an amazing and extensive choice - I can... More

After touring Scotland and working our way back towards home, we booked this B+B for a one night stop over. We were given the family room for the two of us as the other double room was booked. Where do you start, the room was really nice, spacious, with all the trimmings that reviewers have previously mentioned. If i could design an en-suite... More

The family room was great with such comfortable large beds. It was clean/new and the en suite absolutely lovely. It was great to get a family room that was so spacious and well fitted out with a great fridge and excellent home made biscuits. As for the breakfast absolutely super - nothing was too much for Ian and Jackie and... More

Ian and Jackie are lovely hosts and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are to a very high standard, spacious, clean with lots of storage and the bathroom in particular, is beautifully done. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the estuary and a 5 min walk into town and the harbour.... More

We were made so welcome at this B & B. The rooms were excellent, everything was spotless and great care had been taken to cater for our needs. We were advised on the best local restaurant to eat - and this was excellent too. The view from our room over the local tidal river was special More

Fresh flowers, fresh milk, fresh coffee, fresh fluffy towels & fresh home grown figs for breakfast. The accommodation was clean, spotless, fresh and welcoming. Bedroom was newly decorated with a super king size bed and a fridge that contained bottled water & fresh milk. Home made biscuits in the room and a fantastic cream tea after we had showered after... We stayed at Dee View on the second night of our motor bike weekend. Ian was very friendly and his cream tea was delicious. We were able to park the bike safely outside the house, or were offered a space in the garage. The room was very spacious and the decor was pleasant. The bed was large and very comfortable.... More
