This is a great B&B where you are made to feel welcome as soon as you get there! The room was really clean, warm and comfortable and very well decorated! The food they gave us at breakfast was spectacular and they can recommend some great places to eat in the evening. They are motorbike friendly a great plus whilst doing... More

Lovely B&B. We stayed in room 1 which was spotlessly clean and a really nice looking room. Comfy bed - had a great sleep. As said before in other reviews - got homemade cupcakes on our arrival which were a lovely touch. Also great breakfast, but personally would like to order in the morning than night before.

I needed to stay overnight somewhere in the Borders on my journey from Aberdeenshire to Yorkshire. I needed a dog-friendly B&B & just typed that in to Google. I picked this one at random & couldn't have found a nicer place if I'd trawled the net all day! I e-mailed to say I would be bringing my well-behaved dog &... More

Used Moffat as a journey break on the way up to the highlands and found No 29 on the internet. Brad and Ron run a very welcoming and pleasant B&B which is modern, very well decorated and maintained. Excellent facilities through out and a splendid breakfast enhanced by the fact that they could provide glutten free bread for my wife.... More

We stay here overnight to break the journey into England. I wouldn't want you to tell too many people about 29 because that is what it scores out of 10! Unprecedented warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, genuine hosts and a beautiful room. Breakfast superbly cooked and located in the town centre. Once you have stayed you won't want a... More

Firstly, we parked the car about 100 meters away on stree free parking. We then rang the bell of number 29 and the door was opened by our hosts Ron and Brad, firstly they both had a smile on their faces, secondly they shook our hands took our bags and welcomed us inside. We were at once asked how our... More

Three, or occasionally four, letting bedrooms in this deceptively spacious town house situated just off the High Street in the quiet but interesting little town of Moffat. A warm welcome from owners Bradley and Ron, who really could not have done more to make us feel at home. Comfortable, well furnished and immaculately kept bedrooms, good quality linen and towels,... I have just read all of the reviews about No. 29 Well Streeet. I have stayed here for the last 3 years and thought I ought to add my bit! Like everybody else I have always had a wonderful welcome, excellent service and Brad and Ron are lovely, they can't do enough to help you if you need it. Rooms... More

We found this B&B by accident, on our way home from a disappointing stay in a B&B near Cumbernauld, in October 2011. We have now stayed with Brad & Ron 3 times - and looking forward to a 4th visit in December 2012.
