I booked a room here as it was far and away the cheapest accommodation in central Dundee. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing, and it's very close to the train station. But it's a slightly strange place - it has a somewhat institutional feel and is undeniably shabby. The staff varied between very friendly and a bit stand-offish.... more

stayed in this place for 3 nights. i stay in b and b's regularly round the u.k at the moment with work and this was one of the poorest i have stayed in. mattress was just awful, one of those cheap ones where you hit the hardboard underneath as soon as you sit on it. rooms were clean enough but... more
