We had a wonderful weekend with friends in Edinburgh and stay at the Corstorphine Lodge for 3 nights. The staff are friendly and very helpful and served freshly cooked breakfast. How can this hotel have three stars? It has tacky, cheap furniture, lots of tasteless ornaments, heavily patterned carpets.
