My two favourite things were the cleanliness (which was outstanding throughout) and the friendliness of the owners and staff. The decor is a little dated but it is a beautiful old building and has quite some charm. It is also very convenient and considering the price (includes full english breakfast) I would return.

Spacious accommodation in family room, bit dated decor bathroom rather small but clean. Nice breakfast plesant waitress - free parking, not too far out of edinburgh can walk 20 mins or bus reasonably priced. Only saw owners on arrival and departure but helpful if requested.

Only 4 mins walk from Haymarket train station. Quiet, very clean and very friendly staff and owners. Would recommend to anyone. Breakfasts really good too. Thanks for making us feel welcome.
