A nice modern layout, exceptionally clean, and very friendly staff. The location was great, just a short bus ride (bus stop just outside the front door) or taxi into city center. The sister hotel across the road looked even more impressive from our one late night visit for a night cap from their bar.

This is part of the Dunstane Hotel, it is really a self contained annex over the road. Myself and a colleague had two night stay during the week. The room, breakfast etc were excellent and the staff even better, nothing was too much bother for them, they even advised us on where to go for meals and entertainment whilst in Edinburgh. We shall return

Cannot wait until our next visit. We only stayed one night (a last minute booking) - I wish it had been more. We parked at the hotel and checked into our room early (thank you). Just back from a two night stay and loved this hotel. Our room was gorgeous and spotless and so comfortable. Staff were wonderful and so pleasant. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Great hotel, with an excellent upgrade due to bad weather cancellations. We were looking for a new location to stay as our normal B&B has closed. This fits the bill and some. Good breakfast too. Short distance for buses into the city. The sister hotel opposite also does great evening meals.
