I arrived at the guest house prior to the check-in time, since I had a red-eye flight to Scotland. When we arrived, the staff was still making up the rooms. Instead of turning us away, they allowed us to keep our bags there while we walked to the local market for some food. When we brought the food back, they went out of their way to bring plates, cutlery, and napkins. We were then shown our room as soon as we were done eating.

We reserved a room with ensuite. The bathroom was in the hallway, but reserved only for us. We didn't have a problem with other people using it, so that was nice. The only other problem was that the room just couldn't get warm. We had the heaters on full, but the room remained slightly cold the whole time. Luckily we had warm clothing, and the comforter was made of down, so it was still okay.
