The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient, they made us feel very welcome when we checked in and were pleasant throughout our stay. this hotel was nice but they nickel and dime you to death. small rooms. no movie channels or anything on the tv. spotty internet that goes off every 30 mins. they charged my friend 15 pounds to borrow a plug adapter. it does have very impeccable service though, and a nice bar. we paid 125 pounds for one room, not... more

The only downside to this hotel was the size of the double room - slightly on the small side. The bathroom was lovely with a monsoon shower and roll top bath. Food delicious and staff very attentive. Nice location slightly away from the centre so not too much noise. more

Our top floor suite (Veuve Cliquot) was just plain gorgeous with both a fabulous separate bathroom and freestanding bathtub in the bay window of the bedroom.
