The room is entered from an outside door so one can come and go at any time. The peculiar thing is one walks directly into the shower room and then into the bedroom. As there are no opening windows or extractor fans the ONLY way to ventilate this toilet is by opening the door to the street. There is a distinct look of a DIY conversion!! How it got past any sort of health and safety or building inspection is beyond me.

The room is spacious , clean and warm, plenty of towels are provided The house sits at a busy junction so has traffic noise most of the time.

Breakfast was large and excellent!

Colinton is a wealthy suberb and the little shopping parade has 3 very popular restaurants , small shops for newspaper and so on. more
