Very close to all the lovely attractions Edinburgh has to offer, staff made everyone feel very welcoming even the dog its great to see a B&B of such high standard offer the facility allowing us to take our pet on our weekend away.(not adding the cost of kennels) Will definately recommend to our friends and family.

staff are great go above and beyond the call of duty to make guests happy eg book resataurants forward accomodation, source items that ive lost or forgotten etc. They are polite and friendly and definately would reccomend to anybody who likes a homely feel to their vacation 5 stars :)

Great B & B. This is a modern friendly guest house that offers all the luxury of having a home from home feel to your stay. Owners Denise and Sam are perfect hosts.
