stayed for two nights in february,sadly would not recommend,the check in was good and friendly but the accomodation was in need of a revamp the walls were scuffed and marked the lift was slow the bedding was stained it felt dirty ,the rooms were white and huge,not homely,it was cheap and convenient for the station,no style or luxury.

Only stayed in this hotel for one night but it is a great base to discover Edinburgh city centre. Turn left out the hotel and you are on the Royal Mile, turn right and you are 2 mins walk from Princes Street. I stayed in the Fraser Suites during the Edinburgh Fringe in 2010. I stayed in an Executive Suite because that was supposedly the only room which was able to accommodate three persons.
