Had dinner at 21212 last week. This restaurant is certainly up there with Number One at the Balmoral, Martin Wishart, The Plumed Horse and The Kitchin, all of which have a Michelin star. 21212 is a New Restaurant with rooms in center Edinburgh. This is the new concept of Paul Kitching ,a Michelin Starred chef .
