Service was great; Mrs. Burns was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fresh but a bit too early (Served from 8-9am on a Saturday!). About a 20min walk to the city centre but we're walkers so didn't mind at all. About £65 for the night and the b&b was really clean and had an ensuite! Definitely worth the money since we've been to Edinburgh before so being a bit out of the centre wasn't a big deal.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. more
