The hotel is well located to explore edinburgh. Stayed here on a business trip but would also use if visiting edinburgh again. The room was small but well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good and food was delicious. Would highly recommed staying here.

We had a very pleasant stay at this little guest house right next to the bus und train station Haymarket. It is a clean and well kept quiet place. The room contains everything you need, including TV, hairdrier and a kettle so you can make your own tea.

Great hotel and great service.The room I was given(single room on top floor) was spacious enough and clean,however heating was not working.After complaining twice and staff being unable to fix it,got moved to a family room as all other rooms were full.Was really impressed by how fast they responded and how friendly the staff were.Would most definitely recommend.

Nice large clean rooms, lovely common guest room, good breakfast. Friendly smiling Wendy but she needs to hire more help! Not within the main district but cabs are aplenty and cheap. Parking is difficult although Premier Inn is a good option for 8 GBP per day. Thanks Wendy!
