Very disappointing. We were given a room with five doors and no windows. Our room opened directly onto the dining room. (See pictures) Hence at 7am when breakfast started, we could hear everyone through the thin walls. Most embarrassing when we left our room, everyone in dining room looked. Booked by friend for "Hen night".After reading recent reviews,was not looking forward to visit,albeit only one night.Also was taking car and feeling nervous of that What do people want for their money!It was clean,comfortable,plenty hot water and staff couldn't have been nicer. Our stay in the Park View house Hotel has been orrible. Is dirty, our room smelled badly and we found out the rates were much higher then the ones written on the site! We suggest to the travellers to find some other accomodation! more

We ordered the hotel through the Internet and payed in advance. We are a family with two children. The hotel was a disaster, smell bad, torn sheets and had severe maintainance especially the bathroom. DO not go there!!! more

The room was unclean and very noisy. When we tried to move for our second night we were told the hotel cancellation policy would not allow us money back, yet I challenge anyone to find that policy. Our weekend was ruined by lack of sleep and a duty manager who was loathe to help us. more
