Me and my aunt stayed here for 3 nights as we came to Edinburgh to site see as I'd never been,very comfortable beds and lovely room only downside was the small shower.Breakfast was nice but we noticed they seemed to have new staff most mornings

This is a great guest house/B&B, well run, good rooms, good breakfast. The location is north of New Town, so it's a fair way from the tourist attractions of Edinburgh, and there is no parking available. We had to park at a public car park about 20 minutes walk away.
