This hotel is ideally placed for a short (or long) break to Edinburgh. It is on the Airport Shuttle bus route (Number 100) into the centre of Edinburgh with a bus stop right outside the entrance to the Hotel £5 return. The Lodge hotel is a small but splendid hotel in an excellent position just outside the city centre. A Bus into town is very convenient and means that you do not have to struggle finding parking. Looking around for relatively inexpensive lodgings near Haymarket, this seemed to fit the bill.
