Dean is a marvellous host, full of helpful advice and just friendly and easy to get on with. Room lovely and soooo clean and nice. Easy to get in and out of city centre on buses and good to be away from the fray at night! I was very happy with my 4 night stay. Thank you Dean.

Super nice Victorian B & B near Edinburgh. No need for car...take bus (1.50 pounds one way/pp) or walk into town. Room was very comfortable and Dean, the owner, was very sweet. Lovely to talk to and gave us the fab tip to go to the Museum of Scotland. Wow! What a place and free?! Fantastic! Breakfast was very good.

We stayed in Edinburgh's Grouse House for 2 nights and were really impressed. The B&B is very clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It is situated a short walk from the city centre, which is fairly compact so everything is easily reachable on foot. There are also regular buses to town which run from opposite the Grouse House.... Lovely stay! Dean is wonderful! If you need to stay in the city I would definitely stay here! The location is wonderful 5-10 min walk. Dean is very flexible. We stayed two nights and loved it! We never had a problem parking on the street next to the B&B. We enjoyed our stay and wish we Dean well!
