Excellent position, great value, friendly, attentive staff, very few restrictions. Royal Mile 1 minute away, Holyrood Park 2 minutes, Scottish parliament 1 minute and so many others (Museum 5 minutes).

Stayed here for a week with the family. The location at the bottom of the royal mile was perfect. Secure car park with small Tesco beside. The beds are comfortable, facilities good quality (4 star quality). Price extremely good value. Can not recommend highly enough
