This was a lovely place and the owners are extremely friendly. My mum and i stayed for a shopping weekend in Edinburgh. Price was good, room clean and peaceful, and location was great. We had the twin room and the private bathroom is enormous! I will stay there again.

We stayed for two nights during the August festival season. The room itself was large and clean. The bathroom was down the hallway and also clean. The location of the B&B is okay, about a 10 minute walk from Princes Street. However, the atmosphere in the B&B was quite unwelcoming.

Can't wait to visit this guest house again! The location is the main reason we decided to stay here, every major tourist attraction is within walking distance..perfect! Mary the hostess was so wonderful, and made us feel just at home here. Best B&B in Edinburgh, no doubt! LOVE iT!

This was my best find yet. A lovely period property in the West End of the city,very comfortable and reasonably priced rooms. The host, Mary was so helpful and pointed us in the right direction for places to visit, eat and drink. We will definitely be back, a superb find. Many thanks
