Wasted 2 hours on Manager supposedly sorting this out, left in disgust, after we made one call to Apex International Central Reservations, to arrange alternative accomodation. This place is trying to sell itself as something it is not and far from being. Previously it might have been decent, but now it is a horror. The room with scuffed walls and dirty carpets.
