I stayed in Novotel Edinburgh Centre in July 2007. My room was very big, breakfast was excellent and the overall service as well. The only problem I had to cope with was the Internet Connection. The Novotel was decent, I will stay there again. Online rates were 30% higher than from a discounter site; we paid GBP 75 per night, breakfast included. We have stayed at the Novotel a few times mainly for its location, close to our favourite Thai restaurant (Thai Lemongrass). The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped.
