This is a lovely B&B with large bedrooms, lovely breakfast and quiet location, Probably about 30 mins walk to the Royal Mile but you can get the bus, Good places for coffee on Broughton Street (use recommendations in the file in the bedrooms) Otherwise, try 'Always Sunday' on the High Street. more

Of the four hotels we stayed in during our travels in the UK, this was the best. It was also the cheapest and smallest., so that's says a lot! Great BnB - owners awesome and super friendly and helpful as was the breakfast lady. Its about a 15 min walk to th city so if its raining you need to catch the bus. Internet cafes down the road. Breakfasts are superb. more
