My daughters and i travelled to Edinburgh to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday. Two of us from Nottinghamshire and one from Inverness .We found the room to be clean and very spacious, and the location just perfect.The breakfast in the Cafe next door was perfect too.They provided a great choice of menu.All in all i would highly reccomend it.

Stayed here for two nights. Room was very spacious with separate bathroom which was very clean. Room included almost everything: nice flatscreen tv, water boiler (with tea and coffee), hairdryer, iron. Only downside: beds could be a bit more comfortable. I could feel the coil springs.
