We paid £60/night for a family of three. Fabulous value - great location, ten mins from the town centre/Royal mile/Parliament etc. Clean, warm and comfortable but no frills. Good full English (not very Scottish!) breakfast. more

Came with my husband and 2 kids for my 40th birthday treat. Very enjoyable stay, lovely spacious room, 2 double beds and a single, nice views from window, daughter loved the piano in the drawing room, parking not to much of problem. Friendly staff, good value for Edinburgh. more
