Excellent hotel with very very friendly staff. 1. Walking distance from Royal Britannia Yacht. 2. Nice children play area. 3. Nice restaurant. 4. 9.5 £ for taxi, Hotel to City center. (15 mins) 5. Within easy reach of city centre, near main bus routes. Plenty of places near by in easy reach to eat at. Clean, comfy and breakfast good and value for money. We needed to change rooms as the bed dipped in the middle. Bex found us a new room. Unfortunately the cleaning staff were less than efficient and I even had to go to reception when we nearly ran out of toilet paper that should have been replaced when the room was cleaned. Overall a nice hotel.

Very friendly staff, big hotel room, very comfy bed! Free car park and easy access to city center with bus 10. Loved the quiet area in which the hotel is located. Free wifi only available for 30 minutes, where other hotels and B&B's and even certain coffee shops provide unlimited free wifi access. But that's the only less positive remark.

Not stayed at a Premier before. Very impressed. Nice clean, spacious, modern room overlooking the Leith Waterfront. Plenty of free car parking, 30min free wi-fi. Will use it again when I am in Edinburgh.

This hotel is about 3 miles away from Edinburgh town centre, situated in a newly refurbished area near the port of Leith. The area around the hotel is not really special but it is not bad either. There is a bus every 10 minutes to Edinburgh and there is also the port area about a mile away with good pubs... More

The hotel itself was excellent and our room was huge and clean, however, it was next to the lift and the noise kept us up all night. We needed to be up at 05:55 so this was not ideal, I would stay again but ensure not in that particular room.
