The only problem I had with this hotel is that they put bedding onto the sofa when I'd specifically asked them not to, but not a big problem. Stayed here for one night when at a wedding nearby. Was a bit concerned when I read one of the reviews, but plan to stay here again when visiting South Queensferry. Rooms were a reasonable size and clean as was the bathroom. Excellent breakfast for £7.50. Some very nice restaurants and bars in South Queensferry. more

We had just turned in and the fire alarm went off. This was unfortunate but the staff dealt with it well and it wasn't their fault that a guest was smoking in a non-smoking room.
