List of problems- Confusion with date of stay but booked well in advance No disabled access, there is a stairlift but only goes to first floor & we were on second floor. When we arrived the room was cold, the bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor, dirt in the shower and sink. Under the bed there was an empty crisp packet and a cigarette lighter.
