This was our second visit to the guesthouse, this time with our 5 year old. A very good breakfast indeed. Kit Kat and Scottish Shortbread biscuits in the room, really enjoyed by Jayde. Would return anytime! more

We stayed at Aaron Glen last weekend as we were visiting for friends getting married at nearby Dalhousie Castle. A number of our friends stayed in varying accomodations in the area, and it soon became apparent that we had definately picked the best. The owners and staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was incredibly comfortable, well fitted... more

We have stayed in Aaron Glen for one night and chose the place for its proximity to the airport. Carolyn is a wonderful host: very kind, generous and out-going. Breakfast was out of this world - the best we had in Scotland. Although the roo mwas small it was very comfortable and clean. The place even has a free WI-FI... more

Previous positive reviews are acurate. This is a lovely B&B run by a charming lady Carolyn. Colourfully decorating to give a warm feeling, (vanilla scented candles burn throughout the day). Comfortable rooms and great breakfast. Carolyn really does add extra quality with her attention to detail and effort to make you feel at ease and relaxed - she's very funny... more

We stayed for 3 nights at Aaron Glen B&B. It has an easy and frequent bus connection to the center of Edinburgh (something like a 20 minutes drive). We left the car on the parking and took the bus for 2 days of sightseeing and shopping... The rooms are nice and trendy, breakfast was excellent. The self service bar at... more

Carolyn's B&B is the perfect place where to stay in Edinburgh! I recommend anyone to stay there if in the area. Carolyn and all the staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming; the rooms are new, very modern , tidy and very clean. To mention the only (tiny) downside: we stayed in a three bed room which did not have... more

My wife and i had been married 5 days and although well travelled; this was her first trip to Scotland. I was born and raised in Scotland but not been home for 5 years.
