A very welcoming guest house. We had a big room with on-suite facilities at the front of the house - plenty of sitting space and plenty of hanging space. Off-street parking available (very useful in Edinburgh), excellent breakfast and easy to get into town (bus stop outside house). Road is not very busy and traffic noise is not a problem.... more

We had a lovely large double room which was spotlessly clean and very quiet, overlooking the Canal. Place was even best that what we expected: room large and very clean and delitiously furnished, good location with bus stopping just in front of the house every 10 minutes to the city center.
