Value for money, good location one mile approx from Princess Street,bus numbers 30,33,86 stop outside the hotel. Bedroom spacious all facilities including internet point. a fantastic hotel set about 25 mins walk from Princes street. The room was great with plasma tv on wasll. Room was very clean and the shower was to die for. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order.
