Value for money, good location one mile approx from Princess Street,bus numbers 30,33,86 stop outside the hotel. Bedroom spacious all facilities including internet point. Breakfast plenty choice nice and fresh. Staff polite and friendly, will definately stay again. a fantastic hotel set about 25 mins walk from Princes street. The room was great with plasma tv on wasll. Room was very clean and the shower was to die for. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. Pleny of variety. Would defo stay here again and the price was very reasonable £79 for one night including breakfast. more

I'm glad I listened to other people's reviews of this hotel because it didnt let us down. The location as others have said is on a univertity campus which is about a 20+ minute walk into the old town, but you can easily get a bus from outside the hotel (main road into city) and also like any big city... more
