From looking of this site i started to get very concerned about these properties. I booked to stay in the New Town Appartments. This was the cheapest option so i wasn't expecting the most fantastic facilties however i was happy with the appartment. There were a few things that weren't very professional for example the lightbulb in the bedroom didn't... more

Stayed here for 4 nights, just for a city break. I think the place was newly opened at that point, or being refurbished, as ours was one of the only occupied apartments, the rest seemed to be having work done. Some people might find it a little far out, but if you don't mind a bit of a walk it's... more

We thought this was a really great deal. We had an entire, clean apartment. It was so nice to have a stove and fridge and not have to go out to eat every night. There is a Tesco Grocery Store right down the street so we were able to buy groceries and cook for ourselves. They had pans and dishes... more

We booked the apartment through RyanAir.com and were unfortunately confused by the room's actual location relative to the check-in office. While the website's booking page did state the address of the check-in (which I realized only after returning from the trip), the confirmation Email did not. As such, my girlfriend and I ended up lugging our bags from Prince's Street... more

Before I went on my trip I was scared to how the room would turn out to be but I was very happy with it for our 3 night stay. It was clean, beds were quite comfortable, big tub and very powerful shower which I loved and decently furnished. The negatives are the location itself, walking wise quite a trip!... more

Expensive. We were one family, but had to have two apartments because we were 5 persons (including a baby). And we were only allowed to stay 4 people (even if one is only a baby) in one apartment. We stayed in apartment 11 and 14a. Both had a nice kitchen, but no chairs and tables where we could eat the... more

I've stayed overnight at some of this outfit's other Edinburgh service apartments - the staff are friendly and helpful. Edinburgh has a busy hotel scene so if you're looking for reasonable, non formulaic accomodation an apartment can be a good choice. Check-in was very smooth but it is a bit of a trek to the "New Town" apartments in Broughton... more

This place is totally shocking! Tiny, smelly, badly furnished and decorated. What more can I say? Wouldn't recommend, to anyone, under any circumstances. Avoid! more

I booked what I thought was a stylish modern apartment in the New Town for our wedding anniversary. Both my husband and I have lived in Edinburgh so know the area. As previous reviews on this site state the apartment you get has no bearing to what they advertise on Hotels.com or other sites. Ours was a small studio apartment... more

As a result of the negative comments which were recently posted on Trip Advisor we would like to respond to these comments and assure our future customers that while these experiences are unacceptable and regrettable, they by no means represent the majority of our guest’s experiences and were a result of extenuating circumstances. The Managing Director and all senior staff...
