Three of us stayed at this hotel whilst working in Edinburgh. It was very convenient for us and although out of town (about 15 minutes walk), there is a bus stop outside with regular buses to the centre. Just returned to this hotel for 2nd time this year. Very friendly proprietor and most welcoming. The breakfast is A1 and served with a smile. Rosehall is not exactly centrally located in Edinburgh, yet it is not too far from the cityc entre either. My room was large and clean.
