I'm not sure at £25 per night you can expect much for a city based B and B with en suite, and if that's what you think you won't be that surprised. Ended up at this hotel as there was a mix up at The Shandwick Hotel and they were overbooked. This hotel is on the same group. Stayed at Abbot's as we were attending a Wedding nearby. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready so we had to sit in the kitchen until it was (no lounge) Had to pay in full, before i even saw the room. Six of us stayed here for the new year,it was last minute decision. Heating inadequate,tidy bins not emptied,no mirrors in bedroom only small one in bathroom.Manager helpful, but in my opinion this hotel should not be advertised as a 3 star. Overpriced. more
