We stayed 4 nights with the very welcoming Doris and Ed and had a great time. Breafast was excellent. Ideally located outside the city centre but still within easy and very quick reach. We would definetely go back and recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Doris and Ed were absolutely great! The room was very nice and well equipped. Everything was just perfect. Not to forget the very delicious and fantastic breakfast! The location was also just perfect. Quiet but also in walking distance to the centre! We´ll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. So helpful and friendly. Yummy breakfast. Great room so clean. You can walk to the Old Town through the beautiful park. The attmosphere of Edinburgh is wonderful. Love to stay again. Thanks for looking after us.
