Went here for my grandads funeral tea, appalled. Service was disgusting, staff with the exception of one (nice young girl) was terrible. Overnight stay. Rooms spotless and a nice standard. Sadly, customer service lacking in most respects. Stayed there during T in the Park in 2011, the bedroom was quite small, I found hair in the bath and stains on the towel.... definitely not coming back. The continental breakfast was of poor quality too...
