We stayed here for a weekend away with friends and found it excellent. It is right in the centre of St Andrews. Only has 4 rooms, we stayed in room 3 which is at the top of the building looking over the road. Nice big spaceous room, unfortunately smelt a little damp but didn't feel it. Only single glazed windows so I suspect that it's cold in the winter but there was a spare electric heater to go with the central heating... more
Looking for lunch in St Andrews and went to the West Port (on recommendation of a local). Beer garden out the back hidden from the street! Loads of space. Good quality food especially the half baguette and soup of the day. more
Location perfect, walking distance to everything you would need in St Andrews including the beach, castle, cathedral, university buildings and shops. Above a bar and restaurant so here is some noise but if you require total peace and quiet DON'T stay in St Andrews! It is a University town and is full of students.
