Our second stay at Easter Kincaple - we cannot fault accommodation, hospitality best you will get. Lucy, James and their family are one of the nicest families you will ever meet, nothing is too much trouble to them. Would recommend this B & B to everyone wishing to stay in St Andrews.

We fell into Easter Kincaple at the end of a long day's drive to be welcomed into the lovely atmosphere of a country family. Stayed here for a night in Sept 2011 whilst attending a wedding in St Andrews. Had the most amazing sleep. Staff and owners incredibly helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Didn't have enough time to fully appreciate everything so going back for our Mini-moon in July. Cant wait to sit in the gardens with our champagne.

We found this luxury B and B through a tip from someone in St. Andrews. It is a large, grey-stone farmhouse on a working farm with a beautiful garden AND a swimming pool (with a massage table!!)....
