We capped off our golf vacation with a comfortable two-night stay in Room #6 at Easter Kincaple in the peaceful countryside just two miles north of St. Andrews. As many have noted, Lucy, James and their team all are welcoming, accommodating hosts. This is an old world home that’s been nicely restored and updated while still retaining its authentic charm;... Our second stay at Easter Kincaple - we cannot fault accommodation, hospitality best you will get. Lucy, James and their family are one of the nicest families you will ever meet, nothing is too much trouble to them. Would recommend this B & B to everyone wishing to stay in St Andrews.

James and his wife have invested a great deal of money and time to create this lovely get away near St Andrews. The place is approximately 7 driving minutes from the center of the center of golfing. We had room number 5 which is just over the kitchen and therefore always slightly overheated. The room has it's own bathroom and... More

Second visit to Easter Kincaple and have our next visit planned already. Beautiful B & B with lovely views and peaceful surrounds. Lucy, James and staff were so helpful and accomodating as always. As it was our mini honeymoon Lucy had arranged for a chef to cook us dinner one of the nights and the food was gorgeous. Great accommodation,... More

We have just come back from three days in Easter Kincaple. and feel thoroughly spoiled and relaxed. The hospitality and welcome were first class and Lucy and James are such charming hosts. The house is beautiful and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The bedroom was large with everything you could wish for and the food excellent. It certainly deserves its... More

We fell into Easter Kincaple at the end of a long day's drive to be welcomed into the lovely atmosphere of a country family. Beautiful rooms, sweet children and happy dogs, all there as much or as little as we wanted. Thank you Lucy and James for explaining Scottish farm life to us and letting the children show us round... An amazing B & B, well more like a 5* hotel! Lucy and James Cuthill are very welcoming, friendly hosts with two really lovely children not to mention their two beautiful dogs. They could not do enough for us, their standards are exceptionally high. Tastefully decorated rooms, breakfast and evening meal absolutely superb. Words cannot really describe what an experience... Stayed here for a night in Sept 2011 whilst attending a wedding in St Andrews. Had the most amazing sleep. Staff and owners incredibly helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Didn't have enough time to fully appreciate everything so going back for our Mini-moon in July. Cant wait to sit in the gardens with our champagne.

Three of us stayed at this luxury B&B last fall while visiting St Andrews. Frequent travellers with high expectations, we loved Scotland overall but our experience at Easter Kincaple was by far the highlight of our trip! As other reviewers have noted, the farmhouse and grounds are gorgeous (foodies must ask to take a peek at the amazing kitchen!); the... More

We found this luxury B and B through a tip from someone in St. Andrews. It is a large, grey-stone farmhouse on a working farm with a beautiful garden AND a swimming pool (with a massage table!!).... Inside the rooms are elegantly furnished, large and comfortable. The baths are large and modern. Lucy, our hostess, has thought of everything! The... More
