Reception Area looked great. Room's were very very small for a £90 to £100 a night room. Would definately not be recommending this to anyone. Food was awful, straight out of the microwave and on to the table, hardly edible. more

This is an unpretentious hotel with the great advantage of a central location - the mail railay station, Buchanan Street, George Square and Strathclyde University are all within easy walking distance. Glad I didn't read the reviews before going! Glasgow is a very lively city so if you stay in the city centre it will be noisy. Whilst we always got an effusive welcome at the reception desk, the rooms and beds were very small. My husband is a bit over six feet tall and I'm five foot seven. The bed was a small double and to try and create sleeping space you could stick your feet out of the bottom of the bed. Trouble with that... more
