I stayed in the Glasgow Hilton during a long weekend in October. To get to the hotel from the airport is very straight-forward as there is a bus from the airport which goes to Glasgow city centre and the Hilton hotel is at the first stop. It's billed as Glasgow's 5 star hotel. In terms of excellent customer service, I woud agree. The rooms are nice with comfy beds but not really luxurious. However, it's the staff who make the hotel a great experience. The self select bar in the room is very over priced but you can choose to pay these prices or not. more

I wouldn't pay over the odds for here. It's a regular hotel with some better facilities, however the location is further out than lots of other hotels.
