Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had a fantastic short break at the Hilton Glasgow. It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location for seeing Glasgow. All the staff were very welcoming, but a special mention goes to Ange and Luisa who provided great service for our afternoon tea.

Hotel's Favourite
We were given a gift for tea for two at the Dilmah tea lounge. The lounge is situated just off the foyer of the hotel. The tea house is elegant and well decorated. We were warmly greeted by Lazaros who showed us to our table and explained the various teas to choose from. We selected out teas which complemented our first course of sandwiches and bites including smoked salmon, egg mayonnaise, haggis bon bons, and coronation chicken. The portions were small but very tasty. The desserts were served with prosecco and again, the food and presentation was exquisite; swan shaped profiteroles, freshly baked scones, mini lemon meringues. The whole experience was lovely and special thanks to Lazaros and Miguel for their attentiveness. Recommended.

My daughter booked us into the Pure Spa for my birthday and a day before we visited the hotel booked us for lunch prior to our appointment. When we arrived there was noone at the restaurant to receive us and as instructed we texted to say that we had arrived. After 20 minutes waiting my daughter went to speak to the receptionist who told her that she would contact the manager. Noone resolved the issue so we ended up going to the Spa without lunch. Very disappointed as this was my first visit to the hotel and it didnt leave me with a very good impression. The Spa pool, steam room and jacuzzi were all clean and the treatment was very good.

From the efficient check-in to the comfortable room and excellent spa facilities, my stay at the Hilton was exceptional. Luisa welcomed us with a beautiful smile every morning during breakfast, while Niki took great care of us in the executive lounge. Their friendly service and attention to detail made each morning a delightful experience. Overall all staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel

Spend 15 pound for the car park and it is so tight that we clipped the wall it’s honestly disgraceful how you can charge that much per day and can’t even get in and out without checking your mirrors 24/7.Ruined the whole experience an hope others haven’t had the same. Very disappointing.Wont be staying here again.

Another fantastic night at the Glasgow Hilton. We are regular visitors, and the Staff are always exemplary. From Check in to Check out, the service from all the staff we engaged with were courteous and attentive, without being overbearing. Madj and his team in F&B are a credit to this hotel. With a special mention to Argyro. There were two other young lads in the executive lounge serving as well. The lounge was extremely busy, but all 3 managed admirably. At breakfast, Dan was equally courteous and professional. All in all another great stay, and we hope to see you all again shortly.

Stayed at the Glasgow Hilton and was upgraded to the executive floor which means I could access the executive lounge. Really well looked after by Argyro and Leo, they were busy as it was a Saturday but still found the time to talk to us. Nice selection of complimentary food and drink in a nice relaxed atmosphere
