Booked this on lastminute.com, and the price seemed reasonable when compared with other lesser hotels. Room was a good size. There was an adjoining door to the next room which was thankfully locked. Bathroom had a slightly fiddly mixer tap contraption on the bath/shower. Minibar is very expensive (see photo), e.g. £4.35 for some chocolate raisins or £2.75 for a... more

Myself and my girlfriend checked in here on friday 29th May 2009, after getting quick service at check in, we were then asked if we needed any help with our bags which we declinded. The room was a good size, been in bigger, but the furniture, bed and toilet were very luxourious, and because we were on the 17th floor,... more

When I first checked Trip Advisor about this hotel, I was a bit put-off by some of the reviews, but now very glad I booked. (I am a Hilton Honours member.) This hotel was great, I found nothing to fault it. The staff were superb, the room up to usual excellent standards (Queen suite on 15th floor - no problems... more

Having stayed here several times in the past few years, I guess you could say this is my hotel in Glasgow. Very good, well-appointed and clean rooms, pleasant and efficient staff. The place (and small parking lot) can get very crowded during functions and, understandibly, service (and parking availablilty) can suffer on those occasions. Amazingly, the mini bars in the... more

Booked in for 2 nights on a "2 for 1" deal at £55.50 per room per night breakfast included, so wasn't sure what to expect. Arrived around 7pm Friday evening to be met by a "car park full" sign! However, just as we were about to leave and find parking elsewhere, the doorman approached us and told us to wait... more

The hotel itself is great. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, nice rooms. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the location, but then again...It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Central Station and Buchanan Street. The neighbourhood is just a bit boring. Didn't feel unsafe at all, though. If you travelling by car, the location is... more

We stayed Friday 1 - Sunday 3rd May and arrived at 9:30am as we had an early morning flight - receptionist was friendly and helpful and we found our room was already available for us. Queen room on the 17th floor was huge with large sofa, flat screen tv, very comfortable big bed, and very spacious bathroom. Fantastic views. All... more

Good standard of hotel, with gym and leisure facilities. Missed out on the room upgrade, but the room allocated was spacious and well appointed - everything you'd expect. Got the complimentary breakfast instead - although layout of breakfast room a bit cramped - difficult picking your way to and from the buffet. 1 of 3 lifts out of action, so... more

Comfortable, good restaurants, easy walk into the centre. Only problem was the lifts (not enough - you could spend 10 minutes or more waiting for one in the breakfast period) more
