It's billed as Glasgow's 5 star hotel. In terms of excellent customer service, I woud agree. The rooms are nice with comfy beds but not really luxurious. However, it's the staff who make the hotel a great experience. The self select bar in the room is very over priced but you can choose to pay these prices or not. more
