This is a basic, business type hotel. I guess you get what it says on the box. Nothing special, a lot of new staff who weren't terribly pleased to check us in, and reception staff could have been easier to communicate with. I stayed here when in Glasgow on business. The hotel is in the centre of town, room of a good standard with all the mod cons you'd need. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was a bit hectic but I was there at peak time so that's to be expected. I will stay here again. more

My friend and I both stayed at Novotel Glasgow recently and found it more like a 4* hotel. Nice welcoming reception area and the girls were really polite & helpful.
