The facilities were up to the job but the Customer Service at times was appalling!! We founf staff non interested! I was charged £100 holding fee without prior permission! On trying to get this money refunded a some 8.5 hours after checking out i am still trying to get this money!!! Absolute Farce!!! more

Stayed here on the weekend and at first found it itimidating. Drove into the car park to find it full as a football match was on at the rangers fc club and fans were using the swallow car park.
