Extremely small cramped room. No elevator, so if you're traveling with luggage you will need to haul it up and down stairs yourself. Zero atmosphere. On arrival we were upgraded to a a very spacious serviced apartment. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Only to happy to help. The cleanliness was secong to none. Definately recomend. more

My wife and I stayed for a University re-union weekend. Great location for the west end - Byres Rd, Uni, Museums, Art galleries, Botanical Gardens, right next to the BBC. Adequate off-street parking. Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend in June 2004, got to say, we hated it. I thought the staff were rude and abrubt and as we were forced to pay up front which i thought pressured us a little.
