I stayed here for one night in August. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean/bathroom with all mod con/mini bar. It cost only £55 per night which was great value. My mom and I stayed here recently for 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised. We were able to check in early; our room was surprisingly bigger than we were expecting (coming from Canada and hearing how all hotel rooms in the UK/Europe were *tiny*); it was very quiet & clean; and we could not have had a better location.... more

We stayed at the 9th floor, the room looked as it had not been refurbished for ages, and had several technical problems like air conditioning and minibar not working.
