First of all, when all of us [9 adults, 5 children] arrived you did not have enough rooms. The booking was made in January.Eventually hours later it was sorted.The staff that were there were very friendly but there was only one person on at breakfast time. I held my wedding reception here. Although renovation work was not complete, hotel done everything to make myday perfect.
