This place is terrible. Filthy dirty carpets, hole in the wall, dirty furniture, appliances, dishes, even sticky mess on the ironing board. Dirty linens piled on the floor in the closet beside the boiler (a fire hazard), tv not working, pet waste at the front entrance on the street - and those are top of mind. There are others.
