We stayed at the Willow hotel for 1 night only. Staff were friendly enough, breakfast was lovely!! The room was ok, clean but nothing special! The room was very cold, we were very cold in bed at nite! They need to put the heating on!! more

Hotel was better than I had expected,having read certain reviews after booking.I found no issues regarding cleanliness as one report suggests. I would certainly not recommend the hotel for anyone who is unwilling to access the site via the very steep streets up from Sauchiehall Street and I seemed to be forever climbing steps up to and within the establishment.... more

the willow is friendly and is clean enough. the carpets in the rooms are stinkking and i wouldnt walk on them in my bare feet, something like you would find in a nightclub sticky and black stains. there were tiles coming off the wall in the shower but all in all it was ok, £25 per person per night bed... more
