How this gets 3AA stars is beyond me. POor room - grotty bathroom with decaying wood around bath, thin, small bath towels, uncomfortable bed. External sound insulation poor and thin curtains Complete cheek to try and charge 5% for the use of any card to setle bill. Pretty unacceptable Positives - hotel well situated. Staff relatively friendly / helpful more

We were fooled by the good looking website and took 3 nights there. The room wasn't clean when we arrived and it wasn't cleaned up properly during our stay. Staff was quite unfriendly and breakfast is worst in Scotland. more

I was searching for a very cheap, but well connected, hotel in Glasgow since I was sleeping for one night only. I've found this with good prices (40£) for a single room. The location is good, five minute walking from Kelvinbridge subway, It's in a quiet neighborhood just in front the university of Glasgow and it's near a pub and... more
