We stayed in Chalet 22 for a week in August, it seemed clean, the beds were not very comfortable, hardly any tv reception and the sofa was like sitting on a plank of wood. To be fair they are doing up the chalets slowly so if you get a newly decorated one your experience could be a lot better. The swimming pool was very nice but the one at the highland resort was better but you had to pay for it, I was led to believe that you could leave children 5 and above for the childrens activities, but you couldnt really, they were more or less left alone and they didnt take long, 15 mins max really. But saying all that we werent there for childrens activities. We had some food in the restaurant one evening and it was nice and we stayed for some of the eve entertainment which the kids loved. There is a small play area for the children and a soft play which is more or less a room with not a lot in it.
