Just returned from a short stay in Wick. After travelling from Aberdeen to Wick with 2 friends we received a very warm welcome from Angela ( not arriving till 22.20 on train) After being shown to our excellent equipped rooms we were given a lovely glass of port as a nightcap , what a nice touch , especially to 3... We stayed here for one night during a trip around Scotland. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. It is run by William and Angela (along with their two young daughters!) We had the pleasure of meeting the girls but would not have known they were there, had we not seen them - they were so quiet. The room was... More

We recently spent two nights at the Bank Guesthouse in Wick. Our room was a good size and very clean and tidy. In fact the whole guesthouse is lovely. Breakfast was really delicious with plenty of choice. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful but unobtrusive (they have a young family but we heard nothing from the children). Wick itself is... More

We only stayed for one night when attending a friends wedding but wished we could stay longer. The Bank Guest House is conveniently situated right in the centre of town. The rooms were very clean and well equiped. Breakfast was lovely, I had scrambled eggs with mine and was very happy that they were nice and creamy and not over-cooked/rubbery... More

Stayed for just one night on our way to John O'Groats. The oweners were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and very warm. The breakfast was great and freshly made to order. Town centre location is great - though there is a little traffic noise as a result and parking was easy and free at the... More

Lovely accommodation within walking distance from both the airport AND the train station! Exceptionally clean, comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was very nice, freshly made and well laid out, not too much but just right. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. There are buses closeby up to John o groats, and lovely walks nearby to the harbour and up... More

A lovely guest house, very welcoming and with excellent facilities. Room was a good size, clean and to a high standard with good wifi access. Excellent choice of breakfast which was served by the very welcoming owners. On the downside, both the Friday night and Saturday night we stayed there seemed to be "boy-racer" night in Wick with noisy cars... More

Friendly and helpful owners. Our room was a good size with spacious en-suite shower room. The decor and furnishings are of a high standard everything is very clean. The breakfast was great and quickly provided, important as we had an early train to catch.
